Late 19th century. Vermont origin. In an original cherry red and pewter gray paint that shows nice age and dry surface. Made of all pine wood. Uniquely has only a small checker playing surface of 6 x 4 squares. Measures only 16" long by 6 5/8" wide. Original hanging hole, nice even wear all over but the two short side edge moldings are long gone.
