Early 19th century. New England origin. Pine wood staved constructed with iron bands. Wire and wooden swing handle. In an original dry red painted surface. Shows nice wear. Measures 6" high, 8 1/4" with handle up, by 5 3/4"across the top by 8 3/4" across the bottom.
