Early to mid 19th century. American. Hand blown glass with demi-john broken pontil bottom and with original aged darkened tin lid. Nice wear evident on bottom. In very good condition except for a few pin sized holes in sturdy lid. Measures only 6 3/4" tall and 4 3/4" across the bottom.
