19th Century. New England origin. Tin with unusual folky paint decoration using colors of mustard and creamy yellow. With matching mustard and black painted iron candle snuffer. Both in very good condition. Sconce measures 13 1/2" tall by 4 3/4" wide by 3 3/8" deep. Snuffers measure 6 1/2" long.
