Early to mid 19th century. New England origin. Nice untouched attic dry nutty patina to splint and a hand carved handle with locking notch at basket's rim. In excellent condition. Measures about 12" around at top opening by 8" square at bottom. Measures 7 1/4" high, 11" high including handle.
