18th to very early 19th century. New England origin. Pine wood with square nail construction. Canted sides. In original soft salmon paint with original blue painted decoration all over a red wash. Exceptional dry surface and wear. Measures 11 5/8" long by 6 5/8" wide by 3 5/8" high.
