19th Century. American. Great paint and patina. Copper tacks are nicely oxidized. The band is a lighter color paint but is the ame paint as the paint on the body of the pantry box where there is not as much grunge. Has a 9" split/crack along bottom. Measures 9 3/4" top diameter by 5" tall. (R)
